Goldsboro Police Seek Driver Who Fled Scene
GOLDSBORO, N.C. — Goldsboro Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that left a local man injured on Halloween night.
Officers responded to 709 East US Highway 70 at approximately 7:56 p.m. on Friday, October 31, 2025, following reports of a vehicle-pedestrian collision.
Incident Details
According to the Goldsboro Police Department, Kevin Errol Jordan, 56, of Goldsboro, was walking westbound along the service road when he was struck by a dark-colored vehicle traveling eastbound in front of Doug Henry Buick.
The driver failed to stop after the collision and continued traveling eastbound, fleeing the scene.
Victim’s Condition
Jordan sustained an apparent left leg injury in the incident and was transported to UNC Health Wayne for medical treatment. The extent of his injuries has not been disclosed.
Investigation Ongoing
The investigation remains active, and police are working to identify the driver and vehicle involved in the crash. Anyone with information about the incident is encouraged to contact the Goldsboro Police Department.
