Roger Lee Jenkins went to his heavenly home Thursday, October 16, 2025 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro at the age of 84.

Funeral service will be held Friday, October 24, 2025 at 11 a.m. at the The Lord’s Table in Goldsboro. Burial will follow at Wayne Memorial Park in Dudley. Viewing will be held prior the service from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at the church.

Mr. Jenkins was born in Duplin County on August 28, 1941 to the late Eugene and Cleora Davis Jenkins. He was a member of The Lord’s Table in Goldsboro where he served as an usher and a greeter.

Surviving is his loving wife, Reva Irving Jenkins; one son, Rodney Lee Jenkins (Sonya) of Reidsville, North Carolina and three grandchildren, Rodney, Whitney and Robert.

 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Tracey Danielle Jenkins and his siblings.
