GOLDSBORO, N.C. — The Wayne County Board of Education has officially set its monthly meeting dates for the 2025-2026 calendar year, beginning this July. The schedule was approved during the Board’s June 2, 2025 meeting.
The Board’s meetings will typically be held on the first Monday of each month at 3:30 p.m. in the Boardroom of the WCPS Central Services, located at 2001 E. Royall Avenue in Goldsboro. An exception to the schedule occurs in April, when the meeting is set for Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

Meetings will begin with a closed session, followed by an open session for public matters. Agendas for each meeting will be published in advance and are accessible online at BoardDocs.
