Mrs. Brenda Alston Jones, 62, completed her earthly journey and transitioned from labor to reward, Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at home surrounded by her loved ones. The celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 12:00pm at St. James Church of Christ DOC, 514 Memorial Church Road, Fremont, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Golden Gate Memorial Cemetery, 4734 Highway 117 North, Pikeville, NC.

She was born on December 25, 1962 in Wayne County, NC to Fred and Lula Bowser.
