Roberta Lee Turner Barnes, 67, peacefully passed away on Friday, March 14, 2025 at her home. Born on May 12, 1957 in Cambria County, PA, she was daughter to the late Robert Turner, Jr. and Clara Bottorff Turner.

Roberta is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, William Barnes; her sons, Stephen Barnes and wife, Charlotte, and David Barnes and wife, Dulce; her grandchildren, Isabella Barnes, Ellie Barnes, Kara Barnes, David Barnes, Jr., BrieAnna Warren, Brittany Guiton, and Tyler Warren; her great-grandchildren, Ryleigh Maness, Ryan Maness, and James Guiton; her sisters, Leslie Glessner and Donna Brandt; and her brothers, Bob Turner and Donald Turner.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, William Barnes, Jr.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Seymour Funeral Home in Goldsboro. A service to honor Roberta’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel with Pastor Tommy Flores officiating.
