Mount Olive, NC – The Town of Mount Olive offices will be closed on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, in observance of New Year’s Day. Normal office hours will resume on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.

The town’s Recyclable Center will also be closed on January 1 and will reopen on Friday, January 3, 2025.

Trash collection, recyclables, and yard waste services will not be affected by the holiday closure.

In the event of a water or sewer emergency, residents are urged to call 919-658-5031, option 2, where they will be connected to non-emergency dispatch. A representative will return the call as soon as possible.
