Bertha Jeanette Dupree, 80, passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2024, at Harmony Park in Wilson. Born in Wilson County on December 5, 1943, she was the daughter of the late John Henry Murray and Lizzie Lewis Worley.

Jeanette is survived by her children, Joe Price and his wife, Susie, Sherry Anne Brant and husband, Vince, Linda Worley Baker and husband, Don; her siblings, Shirley Radford, Jimmy Sullivan, Rose Bailey; twelve grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert Dupree; her son, Donnie Price; her brothers, J.R. Sullivan, Glynn Sullivan, and Buddy Murray and her sisters, Rochelle Linder and Lou Worley.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 14, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Kenly Funeral Service. A graveside service to celebrate Jeanette’s life will be held at 2:30 p.m. at the Crocker Cemetery in Pine Level with Pastor Lewis Godwin officiating.
