Barbara Jean Frawley Acton, 72, of Smithfield, passed away Saturday, January 13, 2024, at UNC Johnston Clayton.  She was born June 1, 1952, in Monroe County, New York to the late Raymond and Constance Vanden Burgh Frawley.  She is the widow of the late Rodney Percy Acton Sr..  In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her brother; Tommy Donald Frawley,

Her church, Ignite will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.

She is survived by her daughters; Shannon Bargy of Four Oaks, and Cheryl Bargy of Rochester, New York, sisters; Deborah Ashworth, Grandchildren; Brittany, Nicole, Tommy, Matthew, Jessie & Jamie, and Patricia Allen Barrera.
