Ann Rogers Morse, 76, passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at her daughter’s home in Albemarle. Ann was born in Wayne County to the late William Bryant Rogers, Sr., and Irene Elizabeth Ham Rogers on August 1, 1946. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Bryant Rogers, Jr., and sister, Judy Rogers Godwin.

Ann was devoted to her family and friends. She loved to help anytime she could and was always there for them. When she loved, she loved with all her heart. Her children and grandchildren meant the world to her.

To relax, Ann found her way to the ocean. This was her happy place. The great outdoors seemed to cure whatever was bothering her. It was even better if she could share the experience with those she loved. Ann also enjoyed the opportunity to go bowling or just stay home and do some crafting.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 19, 2023, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home followed by a service to celebrate Ann’s life at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with Bill Garner officiating. Interment will be in Wayne Memorial Park.

Ann is survived by her daughter, Dawn Campbell, and husband, Steve; son, Jeffrey Todd Morse and wife, Cathi; grandsons, Frank Morse and Robert Morse; sister, Mary Lou Garner, and husband, Bill; and several nieces and nephews she loved very much.
