Mr. Melvin Reid, 66, passed on Sunday, July 9, 2023, at home. A memorial celebration will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at 10:00 am at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.

He was born on June 12, 1957, in Wayne County, NC to Sam Reid and Henrietta Jones Reid. He is survived by his siblings and other loving relatives and friends.
