WCHRA Announces 50/50 Raffle Winner

The Wayne County Human Resources Association recently held its annual 50/50 raffle fundraiser.

This year’s winner was Wayne County resident Chakita Perry. The fundraiser raised $480. The raffle proceeds will be donated to Wayne County community organizations at the end of the year.

In 2022, Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Habitat for Humanity of Goldsboro-Wayne, Prevention and Treatment Center, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Wayne County were the donation recipients.

The Wayne County Human Resources Association would like to extend a special “thank you” to their members and donors who contributed to this raffle fundraiser. Your support, charitable giving, and outreach have paved the way for a better future in Wayne County.
