(GDN)-Officials said there were around 14,000 people in attendance for the return of the Daffodil Festival along the streets of Fremont.

The weather was great Saturday morning as runners took part in there first run that started the day-long Daffodil Festival with more than 200 runners attending the event.

This year there were over 100 venders and lots of entertainment for the people to enjoy throughout the day. The Embers preformed on stage at noon, and with lots of other entertainment throughout the streets. A car show drew a lot of visitors all through the day.

From street food to local crafts, the public seemed to have a great time.
