February 16, 2022, 53, Goldsboro –

William Dortch Stith, age 53, passed away Wednesday morning at Wayne/UNC Healthcare in Goldsboro, NC.  Born in Wayne County, NC, he was the son of Evelyn Blizzard Stith and the late Billy Dortch Stith. 

A Memorial Service will be held Monday, February 21, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at Stantonsburg Pentecostal Church, 311 Moyton Avenue, Stantonsburg, NC 27883.  A time of visitation will be held after the service at the church until 5:00 p.m.

In addition to his mother, William is survived by his son Stephen Stith & wife, Ashley; his brothers, Phil Evans & wife, Gayla and Tim Evans & wife, Tamsey; his sisters, Linda Wade, Cathy Head and Pam Stith; his nieces, Stephanie Benton, Nicole Tucker, Crystal Stith, Brandy Stith, Michele Wiggins, Logan Thorn, Amber Lambert, Lacy McDaniel, Stacy Dean, Danielle Durham; his nephews, Anthony Head, Lester Durham, Alex Durham, Brian Evans, James Kersey and Phillip Evans.
