Karen Minnie Buebe, 57, passed away at Wayne UNC Health Care on Sunday, January 30, 2022. Born in Panama City, Florida on November 26, 1964, she was the daughter of Lorene White Chambers and the late Jimmy Chambers.
Karen had a knack for cooking as well as baking. Her family always enjoyed coming over to enjoy a tasty dish that Karen had made. Karen will always be remembered as a people person. The love she showed others and her family is a testament to how she lived her life. Karen will always be remembered as a beloved wife and loving mother.
Karen’s faith was an important aspect in her life. She loved God and enjoyed spending time in His Word. We are saddened that Karen is no longer here with us on Earth, but can rejoice in knowing she is with her Savior.
A visitation and time of remembrance for Karen will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 starting at 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Seymour Funeral Home.
In addition to her mother, Karen is survived by her husband, Matthew Buebe; sons, Roger Dale Dillard, Jr. and Nathanial Austen Buebe; brother, James David Chambers; and twin sister, Kathern M. Broxten.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to The Ronald McDonald House of Eastern North Carolina, 529 Moye Boulevard Greenville, NC 27834 in memory of Karen.
