Wayne County Fire Marshal Lifts Burn Ban

(GDN) — Wayne County’s and the state’s burn bans have been lifted.  The Wayne County Fire Marshal announced the county’s burn ban had been lifted as of 12 PM on Wednesday.  Also on Wednesday, the N.C. Forest Service lifted their statewide ban on burning for Wayne County that had been in effect since November 30th. read more »
