Relmond Grady, 99, passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021, surrounded by his family. Relmond was the last surviving child of Walter Graham Grady and Berchie Sauls Grady. He retired as the parts manager of Cobb Chevrolet in Goldsboro. Relmond loved the Lord with all his heart. He faithfully attended Goldsboro Primitive Baptist Church.

Relmond had a huge heart, always giving and reaching out to others, there wasn’t a stranger he hadn’t met. He loved to make people laugh. Most would remember the joy that Relmond’s presence would bring.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 20, 2021 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home followed by a service to celebrate Relmond’s life at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Interment will be in Willow Dale Cemetery.

Relmond is survived by his wife, Marty Grady; and her daughter and son-in-law, Joy and Will Mosley and their children, Hannah and Ben, whom they loved as papa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews he loved very much.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Brownie Carraway Grady; daughter, Pam Grady; and his siblings, Inez Johnson, Adell Mozingo, Marie Turnage, Thelma Chase, and Giles Grady.
