On Friday afternoon, Rosewood hosted a four-team meet at the Bryan Multi-Sports Complex that included North Duplin, Hobbton and Lakewood.
The Eagles won the girls’ portion of the meet. Jaylee Amy completed the course in 24 minutes and 43 seconds to capture another first-place finish.
Amy’s teammates India Young (28:27), Carson Crane (28:50) and Abigail Rowe (31:19) finished in second, third and fifth, respectively.
On the boys’ side, North Duplin’s Noel Rangel claimed second overall with a time of 20 minutes, 20 seconds.
The Rebels next four scorers were Genaro Pacheco (sixth, 22:54), Benjamin Bullard (seventh, 24:01), Luke Holland (eighth, 26:14) and Christian Lopez (ninth, 26:26)
Rosewood’s Alex Jones (21:00) ended up third. Andon Jones crossed the finish line in third place.
