Wayne Country Day had a 1-0 lead at halftime against Trinity Academy in the first round of the NCISAA playoffs on Tuesday.
However, the Chargers were unable to hang onto the lead, and Trinity Academy scored three goals in the second half to defeat the Chargers 3-2.
Macy Floyd scored both goals for Wayne Country Day, while Kate Hunter and Hayden Nielsen each dished out one assist.
The Chargers finish the season with a 7-8 overall record.
Seniors Nielsen, Anna Kierski, Sophie DeAurajo, Raven King, Kathryn Hamilton, Ashton Gupton, Anne Stuart Freemon and Mary Watkins all played their final game in a Chargers jersey.
