Saturday’s sunny skies and warm temperatures made it a perfect day for families to enjoy the Goldsboro Police Department’s Explorers FunFest. The smell of good food and the fun rides seemed to put a smile on the faces of all the kids and their parents. Today, Sunday, May 2, is the last day of the Explorers FunFest with hours from 1-10 PM. The FunFest is being held beside Deacon Jones Collision Center, 1014 Eleventh Street, just off Wayne Memorial Drive.
