Marjorie Wilkins Ginn, 83, peacefully passed away on Monday, June 15, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family. Born in Duplin County on June 14, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Leamon and Flossie Weeks Hardy.

Marjorie was a member of Clingman Street Church of God and later Goldsboro Worship Center. She was a woman of great faith and loved her Lord. Marjorie had a heart of gold and always took care of those around her.

A graveside service to celebrate Marjorie’s life will be held Friday, June 19, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Kinston. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.

Marjorie is survived by her children, Huey Michael “Mike” Ginn and Beverly Dawn Ginn; grandchildren, Sonya Tien, Brittany Denton, Ashley Vernatt, Chris Ginn, and Michael Martini; and great-grandchildren, Taylor Denton, Bethany Denton, Kaylee Denton, Jax Tien, Elizabeth Vernatt, and Olivia Tien.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Huey Long Ginn; son, Anthony Scott Ginn; and brother, Charles Hardy.
