Two people perished in a weekend car crash east of Dudley.  The State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred around 1 AM early Saturday when a Ford F-150 driving north on Ruskin Road failed to stop at a stop sign and smashed into a tractor-trailer on Sleepy Creek Road.  The tractor-trailer overturned and the pickup truck left the road.  The F-150 was driven by 24-year-old Leandro Mora of Mount Olive.  His passenger, 28-year-old Fidel Pimental of Dudley, was reportedly not wearing his seatbelt and was ejected from the pickup.  Mora and Pimental were both killed in the crash.  The driver of the tractor-trailer was not injured in the collision.  The State Highway Patrol says alcohol is a factor in the fatal accident.
