Goldsboro police officers responded to the 200 block of Winslow Circle On August 1st, 2020 at 4:40 p.m. to investigate a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival they found a subject identified as Costello Zyan Reese of Goldsboro suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
