GOLDSBORO, N.C. — Three Goldsboro Food Lion associates are being recognized for reaching significant career milestones as the grocery retailer honored more than 417 associates across its 10-state footprint for 30 to 45 years of service.
The honorees were recognized during Food Lion’s annual Service Awards ceremony, which celebrates associates for their years of dedication and commitment to serving customers and communities.
Collectively, this year’s honorees represent more than 14,000 years of service to the company.

35 Years of Service
- Kevin Toler, Store Manager
Food Lion said the annual awards recognize associates who have dedicated 30, 35, 40, or 45 years to the company, highlighting the important role long-tenured employees play in delivering service and supporting the communities where the retailer operates.
Based in Salisbury, North Carolina, Food Lion employs more than 82,000 associates across more than 1,100 stores in 10 states. The company said its associates remain the foundation of its mission to provide customers with an easy, fresh, and affordable grocery shopping experience while supporting the communities they serve.
