GOLDSBORO, N.C. — The fast-growing drive-thru beverage chain 7 Brew celebrated the grand opening of its newest North Carolina location Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a donation to support local veterans.
The new stand, located at 706 N. Berkley Blvd. in Goldsboro, marked the occasion by presenting a $1,000 check to the Disabled American Veterans Donald H. Kirkman Chapter #45.
“We are so excited to bring 7 Brew’s delicious drinks, speedy service and infectious energy to Goldsboro,” said Andy Adams, regional manager of Delight Restaurant Group. “At 7 Brew, we are committed to cultivating kindness in the communities we serve. We are honored to partner with Disabled American Veterans to celebrate this opening. Through this partnership, we hope to impact the lives of veterans in the Goldsboro community.”
Representatives from the veterans organization were on site during the ceremony to accept the donation.
Greg Keesee, commander of DAV Donald H. Kirkman Chapter #45, said the contribution will help further the organization’s mission to support veterans and their families.
“We appreciate the support from 7 Brew and are excited to welcome them to Goldsboro,” Keesee said. “The DAV is dedicated to a single purpose: empowering veterans to lead high-quality lives with respect and dignity. We accomplish this by ensuring that veterans and their families can access the full range of benefits available
