GOLDSBORO, N.C. — Downtown Goldsboro will come alive with patriotic pride on Wednesday, November 11, as the Wayne County Veterans & Patriots Coalition hosts its annual Veterans Day Parade to honor the men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces.
Andrew Nedimyer, president of the Wayne County Veterans & Patriots Coalition, says interest in this year’s parade has been strong, with numerous individuals and organizations already inquiring about or registering to participate in the procession along Center Street.
The coalition encourages the community to take time on Veterans Day to recognize and honor all veterans who have served, as well as those currently serving in the nation’s military.
