July 18, 2026, 63, Seven Springs – Deborah Gay Howard, known as simply Debbie Howard to most, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2026 at her home in the Seven Springs area. She was 63.
Debbie had been employed as a nursing assistant and caregiver at the former Mount Olive Retirement Village, and also at SunBridge Nursing Home.
She is survived by her mother, Joyce Adams Howard, of Seven Springs; a son, Kenneth Justin Holden and wife, Patricia Ann, of Seven Springs; a daughter, Victoria Adkins and fiance, Christopher McGraw of Richlands; a sister, Wendy Kay Womble and husband, Jeremiah, of Grantham; two grandchildren, Emma Adkins and Vraelyn McGraw; two step-grandchildren, Christian Roberts and Gabrielle Young; along with other family members who were special and dear to her heart.
Debbie was preceded in death by her father, Charles Linwood Howard.
A service of remembrance will be held at Tyndall Funeral Home on Friday, July 24, at 6 p.m., with visitation to immediately follow.
