Grace Marie Beasley Henderson, 82, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 27, 2020. She was born in Bladen County on February 14, 1938 to the late Noah Jefferson Thompson, Jr and Katie Mae Duncan Thompson. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Henderson was preceded in death by her former husbands, Leroy Beasley and William Bartlett; sons, Terry Beasley and Chris Beasley; and sister, Delores Cashwell.

The funeral will be held at Wilsons Mills Church of God, 4869 Wilsons Mills Road, Clayton, NC 27520 on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 12:00 noon with the Bishop Larry Hunt officiating. There will be a private burial in Princeton Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 12:00 noon at the Wilsons Mills Church of God on Wednesday, December 30, 2020.

She was a member of Wilsons Mills Church of God for around 40 years.

She is survived by her husband, Herbert Henderson; sons, Gary Beasley of Clayton and Alan Beasley of Snow Hill; daughter, Sheila Beasley of Four Oaks; stepsons, Verlin Henderson, Eric Henderson and Byron Henderson; stepdaughter, Tori Henderson; sister, Betty Guyton of Akron, Ohio; grandchildren, Johnny, Robert, Christine, Brooke, Matthew, Mark, Andrea and DJ; great grandchildren, Christopher, Austin, Jordan, Logan, Hunter, Ryder and Emily.

Although flowers are welcome, the family suggest that memorials be made to the NC Alzheimer’s Association, 5171 Glenwood Ave. #101, Raleigh, NC 27612.
