Stan Johnson Company, a leading commercial real estate investment sales brokerage firms, has announced it completed the sale of a 166,000 square foot warehouse in Goldsboro. The single-tenant facility is located at 1504 U.S. Highway 117 North Bypass. According to Stan Johnson Company, a Pennsylvania-based private investor, represented by Frank Casaccia of TD Commercial, purchased the asset for $5.7 million. The property was originally built in 1985, was renovated in 2013, and sits on nearly ten acres.
