Kinston Police find a gunshot victim while out on patrol.  Around midnight Tuesday, officers with the Kinston Police Department were conducting a proactive enforcement in high crime areas.  On the 500 block of Emmanuel Street, one of the officers spotted 43-year-old Johanna Lebron of Kinston suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to her upper leg.  The KPD officers conducted life-saving measures and Lebron was transported to UNC Lenoir where she was listed in stable condition.
