Herman Foster, III, 71, of 105 Earnest Ave. died Wednesday at his residence.

He was born December 20, 1948 in Wayne County to Herman M. Foster, Jr., and Bertha Hill Foster. He is survived by his wife Deborah Robinson Foster; two children, Damien Foster, Glen Burnie, MD and Felicia Foster Williams, Raleigh, NC.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 PM in the James T. Haskins Memorial Chapel of Haskins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, with family present to receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
