Due to the prediction of inclement weather as a result of Tropical Storm Isaias, the City of Goldsboro will open at 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 4. Residents are encouraged to monitor the City’s website, Facebook, Twitter and local media outlets for additional information regarding closings and delays.
