On July 21st, Joshua Z. A. Tube the Neuse has been delayed once again.  Goldsboro Parks and Recreation has announced this weekend’s Tube the Neuse event has again been postponed.  The new date is August 21st.  The popular event sends participants on a leisurely tube ride down the Neuse River.  River levels have been high following storms earlier this week.  read more »
