The Wayne County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing Tuesday, October 4, 2022, to consider a Variance Request. The hearing will be held at 5:30 pm in the Wayne County Commissioners Meeting Room, Wayne County Courthouse Annex, 224 East Walnut Street, Goldsboro, NC. The item to be discussed:
V-22-01 – A request by Jim H. Lynch for a variance from Section 70-103(c) of the Wayne County Subdivision Ordinance in order to place a residence 45’ from the road right of way of Indian Springs Road and Sanderson Road as opposed to 60’ as required. The property is owned by G&L Ag Properties LLC and is located in Indian Springs Township at 4002 Indian Springs Road, Seven Springs, NC, and is listed in the Wayne County Tax Office as Parcel Number 3524505875.
