Bear Creek MB Baptist Association will be hosting a FREE Dental Clinic ONLY on July 14th & July 15th and a free Health Screening clinic and Dental Screening from 9 am-5 pm on Friday & Saturday, July 21 and July 22.

Testing may include:
Vital Signs Assessment (Blood Pressure, Height, Weight, Body Mass Index, Pulse)
Cholesterol Screening
Screening for Diabetes
Heart Disease Risk Assessment
Depression Screening
Vision Screening
