Goldsboro, N.C. – On May 4, 2026 the Wayne County Board of Education approved the dates for its 2026-2027 regularly scheduled monthly meetings. The month of July officially marks the beginning of the Board’s 2026-2027 calendar year and the following meeting schedule is in place:

The Board’s regularly scheduled monthly meetings are held in the Boardroom of the WCPS Central Services at 2001 E. Royall Avenue, Goldsboro, NC Unless noticed otherwise, monthly meetings are scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m. The Board will meet to enter closed session with open session to follow.
