May 29, 2026, 75, Goldsboro – Robert Maurice “Bob” Kinney, Jr., 75, peacefully passed away on Friday, May 29, 2026 at his home. Born in Alexandria, VA on September 1, 1950, he was the son of the late Robert Maurice Kinney, Sr. and Roberta Ann Palmer Kinney.
Bob is survived by his wife of 48 years, Karen Kinney; daughter, Kristen Kinney (Angie); grandson, Gage Rogers; brother, Barry Kinney (Terea); and niece, Megan Kinney.
Bob proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, retiring after 20 years of dedication and service.
He and his wife were the devoted stewards of their historic home for over 20 years, often hosting community and family events.
Quiet and generous, he will be missed as a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
