INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — The University of Mount Olive men’s tennis team is headed back to the national stage after earning the No. 8 seed in the Southeast Region of the NCAA Division II Men’s Tennis Championship.
The Trojans (14-5) will take on No. 1 seed Catawba College (18-1) in the opening round of the regional on Monday, May 11, at 10 a.m. The match will be held at the Johnson Tennis Center in Salisbury.
Mount Olive punched its ticket to the NCAA Tournament following a dominant regular season, finishing a perfect 11-0 in Conference Carolinas play and capturing the conference’s regular season championship.
