Teri Constance Jumpa was born on February 17, 1960, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Gail Marie Jumpa and the late James Jerry Jumpa Sr. She lived a life defined by compassion, generosity, and unwavering service to others.
Teri devoted her professional life to caring for people as a highly respected physician’s assistant. She deeply loved her patients and treated each person with kindness, dignity, and genuine concern. Her calling to heal extended far beyond her career, as her heart for service was evident in every aspect of her life.
A woman of extraordinary generosity, Teri was passionately involved in charitable work. She faithfully supported food banks and soup kitchens, volunteered with Meals on Wheels, and cared for seniors with tenderness and patience. She donated blankets and scarves to ensure others stayed warm during difficult seasons and regularly sent care packages to members of the military, offering comfort and encouragement to those serving far from home. Teri saw needs where others might overlook them and responded with love and action.
In addition to her father, Teri was preceded in death by her brother, James Jerry Jumpa Jr., and her beloved niece, Alyssa Bouvé.
She is lovingly survived by her mother, Gail Marie Jumpa; her sister and husband, Tracey and Joel Bouvé ; her niece, Courtney Bouvé; her nephew, Cole Bouvé; her aunt and uncle, Nina and Don Paight ; her uncle and aunt, Bob and Kathy Hausmann; and a host of other relatives and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 1 PM to 3 PM at Seymour Funeral Home. Her legacy of compassion, selflessness, and love for humanity will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know her.
