GOLDSBORO, NC – City officials announced that all City offices will be closed on Tuesday, Feb. 3, due to hazardous road conditions.
In addition to office closures, there will be no solid waste services on Tuesday. City officials said a revised collection schedule will be posted on the City’s website and shared on Facebook once conditions improve and operations are able to safely resume.
The hazardous travel conditions have also prompted changes to the City Council’s schedule. The regularly scheduled City Council meeting set for Tuesday evening will be recessed and reconvened on Monday, Feb. 9.
