Xuan Van Vu, 77, of Smithfield, passed away at his home on Saturday, February 28, 2026. He was born in Saigon, Vietnam, on November 2, 1948, to the late Duong Van Vu and Dinh Thi Ta.
Xuan is survived by his wife, Hue Mai Vu; sons, Sonny Vu (Lihn Tran), Long Vu, David Vu; daughters, Quynh Vu, Mai Vu, Anh Vu (Liem Phan), Lan Vu (David Pham); and 16 grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Smithfield on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
There will be a time for family and friends to gather from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Smithfield at 4057 US Highway 70 Bus W., Clayton, NC 27520.
