GOLDSBORO, N.C. — The City of Goldsboro will host a community-wide celebration on Saturday, March 7, 2026, honoring hometown native and Super Bowl Champion Jarran Reed.
The Jarran Reed Super Bowl Celebration will take place from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. in downtown Goldsboro, bringing together residents from across Wayne County and Eastern North Carolina to recognize Reed’s achievements on football’s biggest stage.
Beyond his professional success, organizers say the event will also spotlight Reed’s continued dedication to giving back locally through annual youth football camps, mentorship programs, and charitable efforts throughout Wayne County.
Community members, youth athletes, educators, business leaders, and civic officials are expected to attend the family-friendly event, which aims to promote unity, hometown pride, and inspiration for the next generation.
“We are proud to celebrate not only Jarran’s accomplishments in the NFL, but also the positive example he continues to set for young people in our community,” said Jonathan Sykes, Chief Operating Officer of J Reed Enterprises. “This event is about recognizing excellence, service, and hometown pride.”
