Mount Olive, N.C. — ADLA, Inc. will host the ADLA Pathways to Employment Job Fair on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the ADLA Community Opportunity Center, located at 612 S. Breazeale Avenue in Mount Olive. The event will take place in the Dining Hall and is free and open to the public.
The job fair is designed to connect community members with immediate employment opportunities, workforce training programs, and supportive services, while strengthening collaboration between employers and workforce partners across the region. ADLA is seeking employers from a wide range of industries to participate and engage with job seekers who are ready to work.
Local employers, workforce agencies, colleges, and community organizations will be on site to recruit, share information, and help job seekers take the next step toward employment and long-term career growth. Organizers anticipate 75 to 100 job seekers will attend.
Employers participating in the job fair will also have the opportunity to learn more about ACRE (ADLA’s Career Readiness Executive Board), an employer-led collaborative focused on strengthening workforce pipelines and developing employer-informed solutions that benefit both businesses and job seekers.
The event will include representation from Kerwin Pittman, the Mobile Recidivism Reduction Center, and the Wayne County Reentry Council, ensuring access to employment resources for justice-involved individuals. These partnerships reflect ADLA’s commitment to inclusive workforce development and reducing barriers to employment.
“This job fair is about creating access and opportunity for everyone,” said Danny King, Executive Director of the ADLA Community Opportunity Center. “By bringing employers, training providers, and reentry partners together, we are creating pathways that lead to real jobs, career growth, and economic stability.”
Job seekers will also be able to connect with ADLA workforce development programs, including Digital Literacy computer training, Culinary Arts Training, Forklift Certification, Financial Literacy, and Peer Support services for individuals with behavioral health needs.
The event is open to adults 18 and older, individuals transitioning from public assistance, ADLA program participants, justice-involved individuals seeking reentry support, and community members looking for new or better job opportunities. Food and refreshments will be provided.
