WAYNE COUNTY, N.C. — The Grantham Grange has announced a new date for its upcoming Political Forum, giving voters an opportunity to meet candidates ahead of the March primary election.
Originally scheduled for Monday, January 26, the forum has been rescheduled for Monday, February 3, at 6:30 p.m. The event will be held at the Grantham Volunteer Fire Department.
The Political Forum is designed to allow the voting public to personally meet many of the candidates running for office in the March primary. Candidates will be given brief podium time to address attendees, and refreshments will be provided. Community members are encouraged to arrive early for informal social discussion before the program begins.
The primary election is set for March 3, 2026, with early voting beginning February 12, 2026.
The event is open to the public, and all residents are encouraged to attend and take part in this important civic opportunity.
