December 28, 2025, 77, Fremont – George Larry Bradshaw, age 77, passed away on Sunday, December 28th, 2025 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. Born in Wilson County NC, on February 24, 1948 to the late Willie Spicer Bradshaw, and the late Ida Webb Bradshaw. He was a member of the Fremont Volunteer Fire Department.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home Chapel Rev. Tim Gore officiating, burial will follow in Fremont City Cemetery.
He is survived by his brother Eric Bradshaw and wife Jennifer Bradshaw, sister Phyllis Pender, nephew Robert Bradshaw, niece Melinda Wilkerson and husband Donnie Wilkerson, and niece Jennifer Clegg, stepson Kevin and his children, as well as his special friend Betty Myers, and extended family Christy Crawford, Dana Potter, and their children.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Sarah Bradshaw, brother James Bradshaw, and sister Linda Sorrells.
