KINSTON, NC – Rotaract of Lenoir County invites the community to an evening under the stars at historic Grainger Stadium for a special double feature movie night on Saturday, October 11, from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m.

The outdoor event will showcase two beloved films appealing to audiences of all ages. The family-friendly “Scooby-Doo” (2002) will kick off the evening at 5:00 p.m., followed by the classic thriller “Jaws” (1975) at 7:00 p.m.

Located at 400 East Grainger Avenue in Kinston, the stadium will provide a unique venue for moviegoers, who are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs for comfortable viewing.

Admission proceeds will support Rotaract of Lenoir County’s local service projects. Adult tickets are priced at $10 for a single movie or $15 for both features. Children 12 and under can attend for $7 per movie or $10 for the double feature.

Concessions will be available through the Bird Dawgs stand, operating on a cashless basis. Outside food and beverages are not permitted at the event.

The organization welcomes donations in addition to ticket purchases to further support its community initiatives throughout Lenoir County.
