GOLDSBORO, N.C. – The Arts Council of Wayne County is launching a new monthly wellness event that combines fitness and community connection, inviting residents to start their month with “balance and bubbles.”
The Yoga & Mimosas series returns to the Arts Council on Saturday, October 4, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at 139 W. Walnut Street in downtown Goldsboro. The event will be held on the first Saturday of every month, offering participants a unique blend of mindful movement and social time.
Each 90-minute session features a one-hour yoga class suitable for all skill levels, followed by a mimosa social where attendees can unwind and connect with fellow community members. While the event is open to all ages, alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests 21 and older with valid identification. The Arts Council will provide each registered participant with a complimentary mimosa.
Registration is required for the event and costs $15 per person. Interested participants can secure their spot through the Arts Council’s online registration system.
The monthly series represents the Arts Council’s continued commitment to offering diverse programming that promotes wellness and community engagement in downtown Goldsboro.
