Walter Patrick “Pat” Judd, 74, of Goldsboro passed away Monday, August 18, 2025 at Helping Hands Assisted Living in Goldsboro.

The family will receive friends Monday morning, August 25, 2025 from 10 until 11:30 a.m. at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.

Pat was born in California on August 8, 1951 and was a veteran of the United States Navy.

He is survived by one daughter, Nicki Judd Smith of Goldsboro and her children, Sara Smith (Ashley), Grace Smith and Aidan Smith and their father, John Smith; one son, Tim Judd (Jessica) and their daughter, Eliana Judd of Goldsboro and also Evan and Ethan Judd of California and one sister, Dana of California.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Marlyn Judd; his wife, Susan P. Judd and his special dog, Charlie.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
