Ms. Ruthie B. Best, 91, completed her earthly journey and transitioned from labor to reward, Monday, August 18, 2025 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. The Celebration of Life will be Friday at 11:00AM at Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church 1065 Tommy’s Road , Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing from 10:00-10:50 AM. She will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park South 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC 28333.
