GOLDSBORO, N.C. — The Partnership for Children of Wayne County has announced the launch of Circle of Parents, a supportive community program designed specifically for families with children ages 0-5. The initiative aims to create a welcoming environment where parents and caregivers can build connections while navigating the early years of child-rearing.

Circle of Parents addresses the common challenges faced by families with young children by providing a structured yet informal setting for peer support. The program encourages participants to share experiences, discuss parenting strategies, and find encouragement within a community of like-minded caregivers.

Meeting Schedule and Accessibility
The program operates on a bi-weekly schedule with meetings held throughout the summer and fall months. Sessions are strategically scheduled at different times to accommodate various family schedules, including morning, afternoon, and evening options.
Meeting Dates
- July meeting will take place on the 28th at 3:00 PM
- August sessions are scheduled for the 11th at 10:00 AM and the 25th at 5:30 PM, with the evening session requiring advance registration.
- September meetings will occur on the 8th and 22nd, both at 10:00 AM.
All sessions run for 90 minutes, providing sufficient time for meaningful interaction while respecting participants’ busy schedules.
