Mr. Luther Dawson Jr. age 79, departed this life peacefully on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at Wayne UNC Hospital in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Mr. Dawson leaving behind a legacy of strength, service and love. The Celebration of Life will be, Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 12:00 PM at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church 901 Harris Street, Goldsboro, NC . There will be a chapel viewing, Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at J. B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel. from 5:00-7:00PM. He will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC 2833.
